What you'll do:

As a Migration and Implementation Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving successful migrations of cash and eBanking products across multiple branches. Your day-to-day activities will involve close collaboration with various teams to coordinate system installations, integrations, and technical support tasks. You will act as a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and clients, providing clear updates on project progress while facilitating open lines of communication within working groups. By managing project documentation meticulously and ensuring all deliverables are accurate and accessible, you will help maintain high standards of quality assurance throughout every phase of the migration process. Your ability to assess customer impact, manage risks proactively, and resolve issues promptly will be essential in delivering smooth transitions that enhance client satisfaction.   • Support the end-to-end migration process for cash and eBanking products by adhering to defined roles and responsibilities within the project framework.
  • Take responsibility for individual implementation cases, ensuring each migration, integration, or system setup is completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Monitor and track all migration activities within assigned branches, proactively identifying potential delays or issues to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide regular status updates to both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment with overall project objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication within working groups by keeping all parties informed, engaged, and focused on shared goals throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Follow up diligently on project status reports and outstanding issues, ensuring swift resolution and continued progress towards key milestones.
  • Engage directly with clients to share information about the ISO20022 project, educating them on changes and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Implement robust quality assurance processes during migrations to guarantee that all deliverables meet established standards of excellence.
  • Assess customer readiness for proposed changes by evaluating potential impacts and ensuring appropriate support mechanisms are in place.
  • Conduct thorough post-delivery quality checks to confirm that implemented changes achieve desired outcomes without negative effects on customers or operations.

  • Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken), enabling clear communication with local teams as well as international partners when required.
  • Self-motivated approach paired with a willingness to learn new concepts quickly; always ready to take initiative when faced with new challenges or opportunities for improvement.
  • Competence using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, or tracking purposes within project environments.
