Merchant Support

• POS Transactions Monitoring.
•  Ensuring monthly targets .
• Ensure monthly activation .
•  Ensure POS installation.
• Ensuring that there is no fraud.
• Ensuring merchants' satisfaction and always proposing solutions to customers..
• Make visits to merchants.
• Collection and replacement of damaged terminals.
• Onboarding New Merchant and Business support.
• Merchant Complaints management.

Education

Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
