Job Description

Position Summary

KeyBank is launching a new healthcare-focused business line within its Consumer Bank, with a primary focus on serving physicians and dentists. This role will be part of a strategic Business Enablement & Go-to-Market (GTM) team responsible for orchestrating the internal readiness and external rollout of this initiative. The team will ensure alignment across product, sales, operations, marketing, and partner management—delivering a seamless, high-impact experience for healthcare professionals, with physicians and dentists at the center and broader healthcare roles (e.g., nurses, allied health) as a growing segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for the healthcare vertical, prioritizing physicians and dentists while supporting broader healthcare audiences.
  • Define and manage launch plans, success metrics, and feedback loops to optimize performance and adoption.
  • Partner with Business Development and Partner Management teams to integrate B2B partnerships (e.g., AMA, ADA, dental and medical associations) into the GTM roadmap.

Sales & Operations Enablement

  • Design and implement scalable sales and operational workflows tailored to the healthcare segment, with emphasis on the unique needs of doctors and dentists.
  • Equip branches, bankers, and sales teams with tools, training, and messaging to drive adoption and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless onboarding, servicing, and escalation processes.

Marketing & Creative Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Marketing and Creative teams to plan, launch, and manage both the initial rollout and ongoing campaigns for the healthcare segment.
  • Ensure messaging, branding, and creative assets align with the segment’s strategic goals and resonate with physician and dental audiences.
  • Support the development of marketing collateral, digital content, and field enablement materials.

Stakeholder Alignment & Communication

  • Serve as the central point of coordination across internal teams to ensure strategy clarity and execution consistency.
  • Develop enablement materials, playbooks, and internal communications to support field readiness.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and working groups to track progress and resolve blockers.

Client Experience & Product Integration

  • Champion the end-to-end experience for physician and dental clients, ensuring they are introduced to the full suite of KeyBank offerings.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure offerings are tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor client feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
     

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial services
  • Demonstrated multiple project management leadership skills; experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale, multi-functional projects from vision through implementation
  • Demonstrated analytical, process management and conceptual skills
  • Demonstrated ability to express complex concepts in terms that are understandable to the business partners, senior leaders, and the sales force
  • Superior teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with support partners and influence a geographically diverse sales teams
  • Superior knowledgeable of financial products, e.g. deposit & credit products, investments, etc.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $85,000 to $110,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
