The St-Laurent plant is Agropur’s largest dairy production facility in Quebec ! Thanks to its 300 dedicated employees, the plant produces over 300 million liters of milk every year under our house brands Natrel and Québon !

** Maternity Leave Replacement Position **

This is primarily a day shift position 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, but availability for rotating shifts is required.

What the role involves:

• Collecting production samples for analysis
• Performing microbiological sampling on various food products
• Conducting environmental microbiological analyses
• Carrying out physico-chemical analyses on food products
• Preparing reagent solutions
• Preparing culture media for microbiological analyses
• Completing relevant forms and reports (manual and digital)
• Other related tasks may be added to this brief description

What you need to join our team:

• Availability for 40 hours/week, including day, evening, night, and weekend shifts (schedule may vary weekly)
• DEC in Food Processing and Quality Technology or any equivalent DEC
• Knowledge of Word and Excel
• Autonomy, responsibility, and resourcefulness
