Collections Analyst with Italian and Spanish

What you will do:  As a Collections Analyst in our Order to Cash (OTC) team you will monitor and manage overdue accounts, ensure timely payments, resolve disputes and support positive customer relationships to minimize overdue accounts. 

How you will do it: 

• Manage collections for a portfolio of customers, primarily through outgoing calls before and after invoice due dates, supplemented by reminder emails and dunning letters, following pre-defined collection strategies.
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure payment compliance and address issues professionally and effectively.
• Prepare and present regular accounts receivable reports, including aging data and collection metrics, for stakeholder discussions during accounts receivable calls.
• Identify reasons of non-payments from customers side, and properly codifying these reasons in the respective IT tools used for cash collections purposes, analyze repeating reasons, and propose solutions to eliminate them.
• Register customer disputes, coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Customer Service) to address customer concerns and follow up on disputes escalated by other team members.
• Handle incoming calls from customers to address payment-related questions or issues.
• Process customers refunds to customers in case of overpayments and others customer claims.
• Assist the Cash Application team by contacting customers to clarify payment allocation details for received cash and unallocated credit notes.
• Support cash application by research of more complex and complicated cases by doing customer account reconciliation and clarifying it with the customers.
• Identify opportunities to streamline the collections process and enhance efficiency.
• Propose write-offs, going legal and/or submitting the case to external collections agencies for uncollectible cases after exhausting early collection methods.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 1600 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
