The HR Business Partner is responsible for the general HR issues in the field of people and organization, such as recruitment and selection, assessment and development, communication and health management. The HR Business Partner contributes to continuously improving HR processes. The HR Business Partner acts as a coach / consultant for the line management. In addition to signaling developments and bottlenecks the HR Business Partner advises managers and team leaders and is a sparring partner for the Senior HR Director. In addition, the HR Business Partner is actively contributing to the realization of the overall HR agenda and is part of a team that supports managers and employees on a global level.
The HRBP supports managers on site as well as those who have virtual employees located in USA and is part of a global team that is responsible for functions within JBT Marel that are spread across the globe. The HRBP can, to some degree, expect to support managers who are not located in USA as well as supporting global initiatives and projects.
Main Tasks
• Advising and supporting the line management (also as sparring partner) and employees within the policy boundaries and legislation, and handling HR tasks on a daily basis
• Responsible for realizing HR goals that support the business and that are in line with Company’s mission, vision and strategy, to contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization
• Develop and manage the organization in retaining, developing and rewarding talent
• Guidance concerning assessments, career development and management development
• Providing asked for and unsolicited advice on all sorts of topics related to employees, management and organization such as personnel guidance, conflict management, absenteeism, occupational health and safety policy, dismissal and employment conditions
• Contribute to further development of the HR policies and HR processes that are needed for the performance of the functions
Requirements:
- 3-5 years demonstrated Human Resources experience.
- Ability to evaluate and resolve problems independently.
- Above average communication skills, written and verbal.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office products
- You must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
