Principal Responsibilities:

Process Maintenance of data base and smart sheet, by identify and analyze data collected from client provided reports and information, to generate insightful information of certain service. Interpret Contract language to set up smart sheet to track and analyze data per certain procedure, provide accurate analytic results. Support data analytics per client’s request by deep diving maintained data. Uses email to communicate with clients and responds promptly to client requests.  Composes emails that are clear, polite, and well-organized.

Minimum Qualifications:

Good verbal and written English skills (English Level I Written & Oral) Good business awareness and excellent data analytics logic Excellent self-learner, and proven problem solving skills Proficient in Office Programs (i.e., Excel, Outlook…) Strong experience in Excel formulas (i.e., Ifs, Match, Index, Lookup…) Proficiency or experience of any automation tools or programs is preferred.
