A Day in the Life

We are seeking experienced, confident Growth Marketing Specialist to join the Western Europe ACM Marketing team supporting Medtronic’s business unit Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM).

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Growth Marketing Specialist will be a key strategic partner for the Integrated Marketer and European Product Management Team.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Management of the request queue of all projects requested by marketers – reviewing and converted to a project as applicable
Project creation: Assigning a project sponsor, OU, iOU, product group, region, language etc – providing details that are important for reporting purposes as well for asset creation itself and the approval and compliance
Prioritization: meeting twice a week to discuss priorities together with the execution team
Project ownership of all projects in WorkFront
Asset approval and asset creation adjustments following reviewers requirements
Asset publishing as the licensed AEM content creator and publisher.
Asset reapproval for expiring assets that need to be addressed and routed to dedicated Product Marketers

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience including digital marketing and or downstream marketing, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience including digital marketing and or downstream marketing
Experience in developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns and compelling multi-media content.
Strong program management skills and adept at leading cross functional teams
Strong editorial skills in English
Healthcare industry and/or medical device experience preferably in med-surgical space
Ability to self-navigate in a complex, matrixed environment across business units and with sales organizations and engage stakeholders accordingly
