Project Specialist

Your responsibilities:

Planning and Execution

• Assist the project manager in overall project coordination, advancement, and management
• Develop project plans and ensure effective follow-up
• Help define and implement management and reporting mechanisms with the project management office
• Monitor and communicate status, progress, risks, and issues

Cross-Department Coordination

• Coordinate resources across business, IT, finance, procurement, etc., to ensure smooth project progress
• Consolidate and summarize business processes and requirements to ensure end-to-end local process coverage
• Collaborate with the change management lead to coordinate change management

Budget and Risk Management

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Track issue resolution progress to ensure timely project delivery
• Assist the project manager in reviewing, coordinating, and resolving budget and resource-related issues

Documentation and Reporting

• Responsible for collecting basic information and data throughout the project and managing project documentation
• Report project progress to the project manager

Your background:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in engineering, management, information systems, finance, supply chain, or other fields related to the project.
• Experience in leading or participating in SAP project implementation within the manufacturing industry.
• Cross-departmental coordination experience, with the ability to collaborate with teams such as business, IT, finance, and HR.
• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with CET-4 or above.
• Holding certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
