About the role

Essity IT, you’ll have the opportunity to unlock your potential and support key processes that empower our Sales Force with AI-driven initiatives like Copilot for Sales. You’ll work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior IT leadership, and be at the forefront of our digital transformation.

For our Lead to Contract team in Munich/Aschheim, we are looking for a working student for up to 20 h / week for 1 year.

What You Will Do

Assist to explore and support implementation of effective AI solutions to optimize and enhance business processes in a dynamic, matrix lead to Contract Team
Engage directly with users by preparing training materials, conducting 1:1 learning sessions, and leading an online best practices knowledge-sharing channel
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate workshops and key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis, understanding customer and user needs, strategies, and goals
Enhance Reporting Excellence: Deliver crucial support for reporting needs, ensuring precise and timely information to drive informed decision-making

Who You Are

Enrolled Bachelor or Master student (d/f/m) in Information Technology, Management or Business Administration with a technical focus in a German university or university of applied sciences
Analytical thinking and data driven with a strong interest in AI technologies
Very confident in using MS Office applications, Power BI is a plus
Excellent communicator with all stakeholders, self-driven, eager to learn, and passionate about continuous improvement and teamwork
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
