Position Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented Data & Reporting Systems Coordinator to join our Program Department. In this role, you'll manage our reporting infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy and providing actionable insights that support our mission of rehabilitation and support.

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly rate: $31.83 - $34.48
• Hours: 36.25 hours per week
• Classification: Full-time, Non-exempt

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive data reporting systems and dashboards
• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that inform strategic initiatives
• Ensure data quality through regular audits and validation checks
• Perform advanced Excel operations for data manipulation and analysis
• Create visualization solutions using platforms like Power BI
• Manage the National Composite report, including 10-year program data analysis
• Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Provide training and support to staff on data systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data management or reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Experience with client/case management systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in non-profit or social services
• Data management or business intelligence certifications
• Power BI experience
