About the Role

As an Operations & Compliance Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring efficient processes and exceptional service delivery. This role offers variety and the opportunity to make a real impact by:

Managing the Contractor Lifecycle: Overseeing onboarding, at-work support, and offboarding processes with precision and care.
Ensuring Compliance: Upholding company policies, local labour laws, and client requirements.
Supporting Contractors: Providing proactive support, issue resolution, and assistance with visa and travel logistics.
Streamlining Processes: Refining workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Contributing to Projects: Supporting special projects and compliance reporting.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is an operational powerhouse with a keen eye for detail and exceptional interpersonal skills. Key qualifications include:
Minimum 3 years of experience in administration.
Proficiency in ATS systems and planning tools.
Basic knowledge of labour legislation and compliance requirements.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
