We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Demand Planning Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will manage key forecasting processes, ensuring smooth monthly updates and supporting demand planning activities across our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. You will also act as the main contact for our e-Kanban customers, overseeing daily reports and deliveries to maintain a seamless supply chain.

This job is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 

Demand Planning:

  • Coordinate the Customer Forecast process both internally and externally, gathering data from providers, CSOs, and customers.
  • Maintain and update the planning system with new forecast information.
  • Provide consolidated forecast analysis and reports to CSOs and the S&OP Manager.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for monthly S&OP meetings and actively participate in these sessions.
  • Apply demand adjustments promptly and accurately, using data-driven insights to support S&OP decision-making.

e-Kanban support:

  • Monitor e-Kanban deliveries, identify delays and root causes, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Run daily reports and manage back-office tasks including card releases, spike card additions, label printing, and integration checks.
  • Serve as the key contact for assigned e-Kanban customers, providing ongoing support on related topics.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years’ work experience in a similar role or in an analytical role.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Sophisticated Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Oracle Hyperion knowledge.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in an international organization.
  • Proficient in Italian.
