Description -
Leads and supports quality activities across manufacturing and operations. Applies deep knowledge and problem-solving skills to improve product and process quality. Focuses on preventing issues, driving root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Acts as a key player in ensuring high-quality, on-time product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality projects in manufacturing, working with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Review product designs, production processes, and test results to identify and address quality risks.
- Lead and support root cause analysis and implement solutions to improve product and process quality.
- Drive continuous improvement by integrating best practices, quality tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and new technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to embed quality into daily activities.
- Mentor junior engineers and support quality knowledge sharing across the organization.
Required Experience & Education
- Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 6–10 years of experience in quality or manufacturing roles.
- Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt or similar certification preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience with quality standards, product validation, and production processes.
- Ability to review technical data (specs, test results, design documents) and provide clear recommendations.
- Effective communicator in English, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and presenting to senior stakeholders.

- Influences operational decisions through data and risk-based thinking.
