We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join the AI21 Labs Platform team!

You will be designing and developing high quality, 100% AI-based products, taking them all the way from the ideation stage to production.

Your responsibilities will include helping build a team of highly talented and experienced developers, and working on cutting-edge technologies and aspiring projects in a fast-paced environment. In addition, inspire others to adopt software engineering best practices by identifying and implementing them.

Role and Responsibilities

Design and implement complex features and deploy them to various environments
Be fully involved from the kick-off phase with product management, all the way to production
Help with coaching and mentoring team members, and maintaining high standards of software quality within the team
Build internal tools & platforms for solution engineers to engineer complex AI solutions for specific use-cases

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience building full-stack applications
Experience in Typescript and React
Strong expertise with Python (preferably FastAPI)
Experience with complex backend systems.
Experience with building web applications from conception to production
Familiarity with modern build pipelines, containerized development
Basic knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience with monitoring & logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
Experience working with LLMs or AI-driven applications - Advantage
Knowledge of real-time systems (WebSockets, SSE) - Advantage
