The Strategic Marketing Internship This internship is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic organization temporarily and support the Chief Marketing Officer directly in the strategic planning process. You will play a key role in analyzing markets, benchmarking competitors, and developing business plans, helping the company maintain its dynamic growth in a competitive environment. Your Responsabilities

Conduct market analysis: estimate demand, supply, segment ecosystems, evaluate competitors’ market shares, and identify industry trends
Perform competitor benchmarking: analyze competitors’ positioning, offerings, client portfolios, and financial results
Develop and present detailed business plans, options, and scenarios
Independently synthesize market research into high-quality presentations
Identify and profile the top 10 to 20 competitors relevant to the company
Analyze competitors’ strengths and weaknesses and assess the company’s opportunities and threats
Track industry trends and draw actionable conclusions for the company
Collaborate and coordinate with other departments, ensuring a smooth flow of information

What we are looking for

Currently a Master’s student at a business school
Solid understanding of strategic marketing and strategic planning
Strong business sense and analytical skills
Effective problem-solving abilities
Interest in or knowledge of the relevant sector
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Previous internships in strategic planning, marketing, or business development are a plus
Fluent in English (professional level), French and German are a plus
Available for an internship starting in september 2025 in Switzerland
