Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed OT, PT, or SLP

• Minimum 1 year of experience in school/ home care

• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Your Role:

• Develop and implement personalized care plans to accelerate patient progress

• Help patients regain vital skills for independent living

• Safely lift up to 50 lbs and stand/work for extended periods

• Collaborate with a compassionate team dedicated to exceptional care

• Additional duties as needed to provide outstanding patient support

Compensation: $75 - $100 per visit
