  • Experience in Salesforce CRM app development with strong expertise in Marketing Cloud, Force.com at an enterprise level of complexity.
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development
  • Ability to work with clients to design customer journeys, and associated data models.
    Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, most importantly Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder and Automation Studio, and ideally also Cloud Pages and Mobile Studio.
  • Understanding how to build a custom preference center.
  • Conceptual understanding, to be able to establish data models, work with API’s and configurations
  • Knowledge in SFMC: AMPScript, HTML and CSS, SSJS and/or JavaScript, SQL (andQuery Studio experience) or Guide Template Language).
  • Lead email,SMS and journey orchestration using SFMC.
  • Experience with environment management, release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies, and CI/CD tools.
  • Implement and manage Data Cloud to unify customer data and optimize targeting.
  • Drive data quality and scalability, ensuring seamless data integration and growth.
  • Integrate and maintain business applications within Salesforce, such as Salesforce integration with Marketing Cloud, Telephony , AWS, other cloud and on-prem systems.
  • Utilize Salesforce APIs for seamless integration with other organizational systems.
  • Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and create/maintain test classes for all custom development.
  • Take ownership of release cycles, implementing and deploying new/updates to existing applications and code.
  • Understanding of Salesforce1 Mobile
  • Salesforce for Outlook email functionality
  • Collaborate with Developers for other systems to ensure seamless integration across the business
  • Demonstrate effective collaboration and communication with business stakeholders and other members of the Salesforce team.
  • Experience working with sandbox and multi-org production environments to manage the distribution of process changes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, challenging environment where decisions you make have a large impact.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of architecture, relational databases, and data modeling.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are preferred.
