Role Overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships in Jordan through a mix of in-person visits and outbound sales activities. This hybrid role combines field sales and phone-based selling to identify opportunities, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Management & Sales Execution
- Manage a portfolio of assigned customers and develop long-term relationships.
- Conduct customer visits up to 3 times per week (or as needed) to strengthen partnerships, identify needs, and present Tagaddod’s solutions.
- Handle outbound sales calls to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Lead Generation & Market Development
- Research and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Engage potential customers via calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordination & Reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Customer Service, Finance) to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
- Update the CRM system with accurate customer records, visit logs, and sales activity reports.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Experience: 0–2 years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Based in Jordan with flexibility to travel locally.
