Detail-oriented and efficient Trade Marketing Executive under HQ Marketing Team.
In this role, he/she will support the execution of offline channel marketing activities, budget management, and resource coordination. You will ensure the smooth implementation of marketing projects, optimize resource allocation, and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
1. Budget & Resource Management
- Assist in allocating and tracking budgets and resources for offline channels, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
- Manage PR (Purchase Request) and PO (Purchase Order) processes for offline marketing expenses, following internal approval workflows.
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of offline channel marketing expenses to ensure accuracy.
2. Key Account Activity Support
- Assist in executing offline key account activities, including implementation, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis to provide optimization recommendations.
3. Project Execution & Tracking
- Monitor project progress, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Support preliminary budget analysis and allocation planning for marketing projects.
4. POSM & consumer gift (Point-of-Sale Materials) Management
- Coordinate with offline channels and vendors for POSM design, production, logistics, installation, and cost settlement.
- Manage inventory of offline marketing materials, ensuring efficient stock control and usage.
5. Capable of receive general instruction on new assignments.

2. Regional team: RSMs ASMs KAMs and KAEs
3. Customer Service Team and logistic team
4. RAQA Team
5. Finance Team

Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing or offline channel execution.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis.
- Familiarity with offline campaign execution and POSM management.
- Experience with PR/PO financial processes is a plus
- Basic Financial knowledge
- Basic English language skills
- Key Attributes:
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Good communication and coordination skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Results-driven with problem-solving skills and resilience under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or key account management.
- Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., SAP).
Approx. 10% travel at times, regular travel is required throughout region.
