Position Summary: 

The Entertainment Manager is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with key clients in the music, film, and fashion industries. This role ensures the hotel is the preferred venue for high-profile events, press junkets, fashion shoots, music video productions, and celebrity stays. The manager will act as a liaison between the hotel and entertainment clients, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails

•         Client Relationship Management:

o         Build and maintain strong relationships with entertainment industry professionals, including agents, publicists, producers, and fashion houses.

o         Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and production teams.

•         Event & Production Coordination:

o         Oversee the planning and execution of entertainment-related events such as film premieres, music launches, fashion shows, and photo/video shoots.

o         Coordinate with internal departments (banqueting, security, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.

•         Sales & Business Development:

o         Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the entertainment sector.

o         Develop tailored proposals and negotiate contracts for events and long-term partnerships.

•         Brand Alignment & PR:

o         Ensure all entertainment activities align with the hotel’s brand image and standards.

o         Collaborate with PR and marketing teams to leverage high-profile events for media exposure.

•         Guest Experience:

o         Deliver a personalized and discreet service to celebrity and VIP guests.

o         Anticipate client needs and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
