Are you looking to gain an experience in Finance and Accounting? Or perhaps you have had some experience in finance and would like to move on to second job to fit around your study or life?

Great! We’re looking for a motivated Part time Finance Assistant to join our London team on a hybrid basis!

In this role, you’ll dive into financial operations, basic accounting and reporting while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

You will have the opportunity to work with an ERP, expand on your MS Office skills and explore BI systems - skills that are in high demand.

This position offers flexible working hours averaging 16h per week on a hybrid basis (1 day per week in the office).

Key responsibilities

• Accounts payables and receivables(including aged debtors)
• Preparation of weekly payment list
• Bank reconciliation in ERP
• Support Sales & Accounts Administration
• Assist Financial Controller in monthly closing and business performance reporting

Requirements

• Currently studying towards recognised financial qualifications (degree in Finance, part qualified ACCA, CIMA and similar) – AAT and bookkeeping students will also be considered if advanced in studies
• Excel skills to handle data analysis and reporting effectively
• Organizational skills with a systematic, structured approach to work and a positive, solution-oriented mindset
• A self-starter who can work independently and handle various tasks with minimal supervision
• Keen and inquisitive learner with a ‘Can Do’ – attitude
• Full rights to work and live in the UK (no visa sponsorship on offer)
