What You Will Do:

• Travel to multiple customer sites to provide on-site technical support, including hardware/software installation, diagnostics, and maintenance.
  
• Submit daily reports (e.g., site visit reports, logged hours via internal software) to management for approval.
  
• Provide after-hours on-call support and participate in operational meetings as required.
  

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  
• Proven experience as an IT Field Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, or similar role.
  
• Technical expertise in computer hardware, operating systems, and network infrastructure.
  
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel to customer sites.
