Description
We are looking for applicants to fill one or more tenure-track positions in finance. Positions can be at the untenured assistant, tenured associate, or tenured full professor level depending on qualifications. We are looking for applicants in all areas of finance. Position duties include publishing in leading finance journals, teaching well at the undergraduate and MBA levels, and contributing to the intellectual life of the college. The University of Notre Dame is located in South Bend, Indiana, about 90 miles from Chicago and 45 minutes from Lake Michigan. Qualifications
Candidates at the entry level must have completed all requirements for a Ph.D. degree in Finance or a closely related field or have completed all but the dissertation with an expected dissertation defense date prior to August 1, 2026. Candidates at the advanced assistant, associate, or full professor level must have a Ph.D. in Finance or a closely related field.
