Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Internal Chat Host to lead engagement and moderation
across our online Bingo rooms outside regular working hours. This hybrid role is designed to improve player retention, foster community, and support safer gambling by creating a strong, consistent presence within our Bingo product

This role is on a part time shift basis from 6pm - 10pm. Shifts may alter anytime in the evenings between Monday to Sunday

Key Responsibilities

  • Host daily bingo sessions with live chat, driving engagement, entertainment, and
    community interaction.
  • Promote relevant site-wide promotions, new game launches, and exclusive content across all verticals 
  • Build rapport with regular players and create a welcoming environment for new users.
  • Develop and run structured chat-based promotions (e.g., chat games, quizzes, themed nights).
  • Apply and enforce brand-aligned chat moderation guidelines in bingo rooms.
  • Address inappropriate language, spam, or conflict in a balanced and respectful manner.
  • Monitor player sentiment in chat for signs of distress or problem gambling.
  • Log all RG-related comments and actions in a Responsible Gambling tracker.
  • Coordinate with the CS/RG team to escalate cases for welfare checks or interventions.
  • Collect, analyse, and report on player sentiment, feedback, and recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with the product team to refine promotions based on player suggestions.
  • Help identify areas of opportunity or friction in the user journey based on live chat
    insights.
  • Work closely with the marketing teams to deliver engaging and conversion-driven
    promotional bingo rooms.
  • Supporting structured promotions 

Requirements

  • Confident communicator with a warm, inclusive, and engaging chat presence.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to log incidents and follow escalation paths.
  • Creative thinker able to design new community games and events.
  • High level of discretion and player empathy when handling sensitive conversations
