1. Drive strategic marketing efforts for Emirati & Mashreq Al Islami to achieve business objectives
2. Work with brand team to develop the brand identity
3. Launch & manage product proposition campaigns i.e. execution through extensive offline, digital & owned assets and use analytics for tracking, optimization & deliver ROI
4. Multi layered & intensive stakeholders management across Business Partners, Agencies (Media, ATL & BTL creative) and Economic Departments
5. Work with Emirati & Mashreq Al Islami segment to deliver marketing campaign through the year across segments
1. Strategic Marketing Management
• Support in developing positioning and value propositions for MAI and Emirati segments.
• Plan and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns across offline and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with business/product teams to identify customer insights and market opportunities.
• Assist in launching new products, services, or propositions under the MAI and Emirati umbrella.
• Ensure brand consistency across customer touchpoints, branches, and campaign assets.
2. Acquisition & Performance Marketing
• Drive New-to-Bank (NTB) and Existing-to-Bank (ETB) acquisition through digital campaigns & offline channels.
• Manage paid media (social, SEO/SEM, display, native), and track performance KPIs.
• Monitor lead & account / product conversion rates and optimize customer journeys for better funnel performance.
• Leverage analytics to improve targeting, segmentation, and ROI of campaigns.
3. Content & Campaign Development
• Work closely with agencies and internal creative teams to develop effective communication strategies.
• Curate culturally relevant content for Emirati-specific campaigns.
• Support branch-based activations and manage content for segment-exclusive branches.
4. Stakeholder & Agency Management
• Work closely with Product, Segment, Digital Studio, Website and Compliance teams to deliver campaigns.
• Coordinate with external agencies to ensure high-quality and timely campaign execution.
• Manage budgets, vendor invoices, and ensure cost-effective marketing delivery.
• Liaise with Economic Departments for timely marketing permit approvals.
• Strong marketing experience of minimum 4 years in banking
• Deep understanding of business dynamics, profitability and growth drivers
• Leadership skills to lead and motivate diversely-skilled teams to achieve business outcomes
• Entrepreneurial with strong drive to succeed, with commitment & result orientation
• Creative thinker, strong ideation, good people leader & relentless executor with attention to detail
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders in Retail business
• Proven ability to leverage external agencies & alliance partners to deliver outstanding campaigns
• Proven track record in conceptualizing, developing and executing digital marketing campaigns
