TikTok's Global Business Marketing team, champions the brand in the B2B space by educating, inspiring, and creating opportunities for sales teams to build key client relationships and showcase TikTok’s ability to drive business outcomes. The GBM Israel team is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the Israel marketing strategy through brand campaigns, events, client engagement, and partnerships. Reporting to the GBM Marketing Manager, Israel, in Tel Aviv, this role is integral to growing client awareness and affinity for TikTok for Business, driving new opportunities while strengthening existing relationships in Israel.
The Marketing Manager will thrive in crafting strategic, creative, and impactful marketing plans across paid and owned channels, delivering campaigns and client experiences that align with business goals. They will be adept at managing a busy calendar of initiatives, from drafting business updates and social posts to planning and executing exceptional events, whether virtual or on the ground, with a strong focus on ROI and client satisfaction. Collaboration is key, as the role requires close coordination with Sales, Comms, Events, Product, and Marketing Science teams, while also fostering external relationships with trade bodies, advertising associations, and industry publications.

Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing Development
- Develop and execute a roadmap for multi-channel marketing, including events, client engagement, communications, and partnerships.
- Lead integrated campaigns using case studies, event decks, and partnerships to boost brand presence and drive growth.
2. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnerships
- Work with sales to develop tailored marketing strategies that address client needs, align with business objectives, and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and execute impactful marketing initiatives.
3. Thought Leadership & Industry Engagement
- Drive thought leadership through events, roundtables, client councils, and roadshows to inspire industry stakeholders
4. Campaign Performance & Optimization
- Analyse campaign performance to provide insights and data-driven recommendations for future improvements.
- Innovate marketing strategies to enhance customer experience and results, using insights from past campaigns.
5. Project Management & Operational Excellence
- Oversee and execute local marketing activities, including advertising and events, to ensure alignment with market needs and maximise ROI.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills, ensuring timely delivery and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
