SENIOR EXECUTIVE - PLANNING MAS SILUETA (BIYAGAMA)

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and energetic individual to prepare production capacity plan and ensure optimum utilization of resources in order to meet on time delivery of garments to the customer. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop production capacity plans to ensure timely delivery of garments to customers.
• Coordinate with teams including Sales and Marketing, Purchasing, Raw Material Warehouse, Logistics, Quality, Technical, Product Development Centre, Machine Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Computer Numerical Control, Lamination, Cutting, and Finished Goods Warehouse to gather customer specifications and allocate plant capacity.
• Attend and conduct meetings related to operations, purchasing, and production to resolve issues and ensure detailed plans are secured two weeks in advance.
• Communicate with relevant departments to prepare loading schedules and confirm delivery timelines.
• Analyze customer confirmations and update planning systems and documents to support smooth production operations.
• Prepare and circulate reports such as Production Status, Plan versus Performance, Delivery in Full on Time, Machine Service Plans, Efficiency Reports, Loss Standard Hours, Material Coverage, Sales Forecasts, and Loading Forecasts.
• Monitor actual production against planned targets and initiate corrective actions for any deviations.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bsc Degree in Mathematics or Applied Science or Statistics 
• Proficiency in ERP, MS office and planning tools 
• Strong Analytical and Communication Skills 
• Strong multi‐tasking and problem‐ solving skills
• 3 ‐ 4 years in planning specially in Apparel Industry
