Executive – Product Control Unit 

(Based at Unichela – Koggala )

Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to coordinate with the relevant stakeholders on technical aspects of the product by adhering to the critical path to achieving customer expectation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Raw material availability accordance with Monthly / weekly frozen plan coordinating with suppliers / Logistic partners in order to start orders as per plan date.
• Conduct weekly / biweekly /monthly supplier meetings to review order status and prepare supplier performance/Score card/ reports to share with relevant parties and share the orders status weekly with planning teams.
• Participate in internal daily operational and cross-functional meetings, provide requested details, and effectively engage to find solutions for day today concerns.
• Create purchase orders for thread and consignments ordering while maintaining minimum and maximum levels to minimize storage space in stores. 

Knowledge and Skills:

• Degree in Production/ Manufacturing/ Operations or any other related field / equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset.
• 2 years of related experience in the relevant field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
