Roles and Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role include:

• Experienced in Oracle Procurement modules (Procurement Contracts/SQM/Sourcing/INV/Req/PO/OBN/Catalogs) - Cloud implementation.
• To lead the solution in a supply chain process area from Oracle functional SCM perspective for complex projects 
• Person will work from offshore in the functional track of client engagements to perform activities such as requirement analysis, fit gap analysis, module configurations, test script development and execution, training, application support, user training etc.,
• Person might have to travel for important meetings and workshops depending on business requirements
• Report status of development back to offshore team lead. Will have to interact directly with onshore team members/clients, wherever applicable.
• Mentor junior staffs.
• Assist technical team for conversions, integrations or custom reports
• Ability to understand and create the business requirement and functional specification documents.
• Ability to produce artifacts such as fit gap documents, configuration documents, functional specification, test scripts, training documents etc.,
• Participate in quality assurance process for all functional deliverables.
• Strong oral and written communication skills is a MUST.
• Fusion Application Configuration, Testing, Bug Fixes, Solution Designs, Fit Gap Analysis.

Requirement

• Client facing and onsite experience is mandatory
• Should be able to do solutioning for a process area (Procurement) with tax independently in client facing and onsite environment
• Oracle Fusion Procurement Functional - Procurement (PO), Procurement Contracts, SQM, Sourcing, Inventory, Catalogs
• Oracle E-Business Suite Functional - Procurement 
• Expertise in minimum of two SCM Modules. 
• Experience in leading work stream of relevant Oracle applications module is preferred.
• Exposure to onsite-offshore model will be an added advantage.
• Fusion Experience is mandatory.
• Experience in collaborating with clients/stake holders.
• Minimum 1 end to end implementation experience is mandatory.
• Good oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

 

 

Experience & Background 

• B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M-Tech/MSc./MBA/MCOM/CA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter)/CA.
•  5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
