Data Manager

The purpose of this role is to lead all IT data initiatives across Tiffany China. He/she will be the key leader responsible for the project management, communication, delivery and operation of data projects including data platform, BI and AI.

• Lead China Data Platform (CDP) project management, delivery and operation
• Lead stakeholder management and communication (both local and global teams)
• Lead BI project management, delivery and operation
• Lead AI platform and application project management, delivery and operation
• Data strategy and governance

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong project management skills (PMP preferred), with minimum 8 years related experience.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills, preferably oversea education and work experience or experience working with native English speakers.
• Strong data and technical background (DAMA certified preferred), solid knowledge on data integration, data modeling, ETL, big data, BI and related domains, with minimum 8 years related experience. Experience on Dataphin, Mulesoft is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid IT and data operation skills (ITIL preferred), with minimum 5 years related experience.
