岗位职责：

• 领导和管理合作伙伴团队，制定合作策略并推动业务增长。
• 管理与跨境电商生态系统中的合作伙伴的关系，包括电商平台、物流公司、仓储服务提供商和支付网关等。
• 寻找新的合作机会，并与重要合作伙伴进行谈判和达成合作协议。
• 制定合作伙伴关系的目标和指标，确保团队的业绩符合预期。
• 提供专业知识和支持，帮助合作伙伴解决问题和优化业务流程。
• 分析市场趋势和竞争对手，为合作伙伴提供战略建议和业务增长机会。
• 维护与重要合作伙伴的良好关系，处理合作伙伴的问题和投诉。
• 协调内部团队和合作伙伴之间的沟通，确保信息的准确传达。
• 监测和评估合作伙伴关系的有效性和效率，提供改进建议。
• 参与公司的市场推广活动，提升品牌知名度和合作伙伴网络。

Requirements

• 工作10年以上；有5年相关负责人或高管经验。
• 在跨境电商生态系统中具有合作伙伴关系管理经验，包括电商平台、物流公司、仓储服务提供商和支付网关等。
• 出色的沟通和谈判能力，能够流利地使用英语和普通话进行商务交流。（英语口语是硬性要求）
• 具备金融科技或电商行业经验者优先。
• 具备领导和团队管理经验，能够有效激励和指导团队成员。
• 具备分析和解决问题的能力，能够快速做出决策。
• 具备较强的商业敏感度和市场洞察力。
• 具备自我推动和自我管理能力，能够独立工作并承担责任。
• 具备灵活性和适应力，能够适应快节奏和多变的工作环境。
• 具备良好的组织和时间管理能力。
