WHAT YOU'LL DO

• You will independently lead consulting projects in one of our areas of expertise: Project Management, Process Optimization, Agile, BI Consulting, Cyber Security, Quality Consulting, Technology Consulting, E-Mobility, Test Management, and Test Automation
• You will provide consulting services to clients from the European industrial sector
• Your tasks will include analyzing, optimizing, and standardizing company-wide processes for our clients
• You will develop concepts and create new methods
• You will support our clients throughout all project phases, from strategy to implementation
• You will bring innovative ideas to the table and help implement them with our client

WHO YOU ARE

• You enjoy working remotely in international teams from our office in Windhoek for European clients
• You have a technical background and an academic education
• You think conceptually but also have the ability to implement practical solutions
• You are result-oriented while maintaining a focus on people
• You see yourself as a pragmatic problem solver with strong digital expertise
• You are a team player but can also work independently
• You have intermediate German skills, are proficient in MS Office, and possess excellent communication and presentation abilities. Flexibility is one of your key strengths
