1. Job Task：HES and 6S responsibility in lab
2. Job Task：Strong ownership of EHS and 6S in his working environment
3. Job Task：Lab equipment daily maintenance
4. Job Task：Abide by RD confidentiality principles 

 

 

1. CORE RESPONSIBILITY        Formulation and lab process

核心职责

1. Job Task：Independence on planning, implementing and updating projects on regular basis
2. Job Task:  Capability of modifying existing products or developing new products to meet customers’ new requirement 
3. Job Task:  Communication skill across technical, commercial and production boundaries; 
4. Job Task：Proactiveness on looking for alignment on timeline and milestones with stakeholders
5. Job Task:  Well-organized report as output of every project handled
6. Job Task:  Lab process concept with right understanding of the consequence of upscaling to production

 

1. CORE RESPONSIBILITY         Problem solving  and customer support

核心职责

1. Job Task：Result driven and customer focus
2. Job Task: 6 sigma and problem-solving skill, like problem definition, measurement, analysis, improvement and control (anything similar is acceptable)
3. Job Task：Ability to coordinate with global and regional analytical team to identify root cause
4. Job Task:  Customer visit to understand Sherwin William’s products application and line parameters

 

1. CORE RESPONSIBILITY        Production support
   1. Job Task: Able to run PI (production introduce process) to introduce changes (formula change, process change and others) to production to minimize risks

1. Job Task:  Supervise pilot batches
2. Job Task: Support defective batch solution or raw material shelf life extension
3. Job Task: Support product transfer as needed at Chemist level

1. EDUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:

1. Required/必需的：Bachelor or above in Chemistry or polymer
2. Preferred/优先考虑的：Coating formulation knowledge
3. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

知识和经验：

1. Required/必需的：Coating, Painting
2. Preferred/优先考虑的：coating for packaging, coil coating, General industrial, protective coating, metal adhesive (in sequence of preference)
