PRODUCTION ASSISTANT OPERATOR

 Transport Mixing Material from Mixing Unit to Machines insuring continuous feeding (Extrusion).
 Avail ORM, packing material, machine accessories and ink buckets upon need.
 Load WIP rolls on the machine (Printing/Cutting).
 Unload rolls or bags and pack them according to the required packing mode.
 Weigh products and record the weight on the product label.
 Monitor the machine & product during production and relay any defect to the concerned to safeguard the quality of the run.
 Return left-over Material and machine accessories to its designated places inside the section to maintain proper “Sorting” and “Set in Order”.
 Collect, weigh and segregate the waste and relay waste figure to Operator in order to report it in the Production Report.
 Perform 5S duties according to the Operator and Lead Operator instructions in order to sustain 5S conditions.
 Segregate products under Hold based on Internal Rejection feedback.
 Clean printing machine parts according to the set Work Instructions in order to insure parts’ cleanliness and readiness for next use (applicable for Printing Helper).
