Mechanic- Honolulu, HI

FSM Group is actively looking for a Mechanic in Honolulu and candidates must be local to the area.  

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience

JOB DUTIES:

• Airport and Fuel GSE (Ground Service Equipment) service and maintenance
• Preventative and routine repair services
• Service airport fueling carts, hydrant trucks, luggage tugs, de-icing trucks, and catering trucks
• Oil changes, coolant, and other fluid checks
• Brakes servicing and tire checks
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Repair and refurbishment of equipment
• Conduct safety checks on service equipment
• Handle tools and machines in a safe manner

Requirements

•  1+ years of mechanical experience such as HVAC, Refrigeration, Box Truck, Auto Mechanic etc.
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Pass a federal fingerprint background check
• Have proof of eligibility to work in the US
• General knowledge of carburetors, alternators, motors, batteries radiators, hydraulics, and diesel engines
• Electrical skills desired but not required
• Must be accustomed to working outdoors in an airport setting
• CDL B license desired but not required
