selectability is on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our Corporate Finance team in Townsville. It’s your chance to be at the heart of our operations, supporting our entire footprint, helping selectability deliver life-changing services.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • providing essential shift support across all operational areas
  • managing and refining shift entry processes, including rosters and payroll support
  • managing roster entries and approvals
  • identifying opportunities to streamline and improve existing workflows
  • troubleshooting operational issues and helping resolve them quickly and efficiently
  • collaborating with teams across the organisation to ensure seamless delivery of care

About you

To be considered for this rewarding role you will have great interpersonal skills and the ability to take direction and work as part of a team.

To be successful you must:

  • experience administration, rostering, operations or finance support roles (desirable)
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff
  • exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
  • ability to multitask, problem solve, work in a fast-paced environment and take instruction
  • a proactive mindset and a passion for improvement

You will also need:

  • a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You'
