About the Role
As an Audiologist, you will be a key member of our therapeutic team, providing high-quality audiological care and championing our core values through every interaction. You’ll work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and the community to ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments, diagnoses, and re-assessments using pediatric protocols and best practices.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation that meets industry, payor, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor billing efficiency and ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and families.
- Collaborate with families to develop effective, family-friendly home programs.
- Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and promote teamwork across therapeutic disciplines.
- Participate in community outreach events and contribute to marketing efforts.
- Stay current with advancements in audiology and integrate evidence-based practices.
- Support and supervise audiology students, helping shape the next generation of professionals.
- Uphold professional standards and company policies.
- Escalate concerns appropriately and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For

Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D. or equivalent).
- Current Kansas licensure and certification in Audiology.
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
