We are the Wellbeing Collective (WBC) team at Unilever. We are a global business unit (GBU) that is less than 6 years old, focused on one of Unilever’s largest growth opportunities – the €240bn Health & Wellbeing space defined by Vitamins, Minerals, and Supplements (VMS) and Functional Hydration (FH) as the product category. Our ambition is to be a top 3 player globally in this segment of Consumer Healthcare, and to be a €5bn business globally by 2030. OUR BUSINESS Unilever’s Wellbeing Collective is our ~€2.5bn global business unit under Beauty & Wellbeing, growing rapidly with double digit growth for the last 16Qs. We hold a portfolio of acquired brands including Equilibra (Italy), Olly, Liquid IV, SmartyPants, Welly, Onnit and Nutrafol, all in the US. Each brand is completely unique and focused on giving consumers superior experiences within their respective spaces and target segments, and largely only exist in their acquired home markets. Today, our Wellbeing International business (excl. US), is a rapidly growing €150mn business, looking to grow ~6x by 2030. Our focus is to rapidly expand and grow our 3 priority brands – Liquid IV, OLLY and Nutrafol, which are all Unilever’s global Power Brands, into new markets. We’re today already present in 11 markets outside of the US – China, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, UK, Netherlands, Italy, India, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong; with more to come in 2026 (South Korea, Spain, Germany) and onwards. In almost all markets, we leverage the Unilever GTM networks and capabilities to rapidly go after e-comm and offline retail opportunities.   JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW The Wellbeing Collective Europe – D-comm Supply Chain Operations Assistant Manager will lead the operations for all of our Wellbeing brands’ B2C/DTC E-comm business in UK & Europe, reporting to the WBC Europe Supply Chain Manager, but closely business partnering and supporting the D-comm Commercial Lead for WBC Europe. The role comes at an exciting time where the WBC International organization & footprint continues to grow exponentially (more cells, more markets), from which we have identified Europe and B2C/DTC E-commerce as our priority market and channel for future expansion. Therefore, there is a need to further beef up and strengthen our Go-To-Market E-comm operations, with dedicated focus on our Wellbeing brands. Our business today is a ~€2.5m (FY25) turnover in size, largely based in the UK (Deeside hub) with Liquid IV, but with ambitions to grow to a €20-25m business by 2030, through growth in our existing LIV UK E-comm business as well as launching a pan-European Amazon business in 2026. Our pan-EU approach is through the utilization of the Unilever Europe Sales Org (UESO) legal entity created through project Spark. The immediate 2026 pan-European markets in consideration are Germany & Spain, and if successful, will further roll out into more EU markets through the UESO hub. The brand focus at the moment is Liquid IV, but may include other Wellbeing brands of OLLY & Nutrafol in the future (all Unilever Power Brands). The role will be fully responsible for supply chain operations and technology solutions, customer service SOPs and logistics cost delivery for this E-comm business operations – starting with the Deeside UK operations where we are today present with Liquid IV UK, but continue to work on rolling out / operationalizing the model into the CZ hub in Europe for our pan-EU expansion in 2026. Besides working closely with the commercial E-comm leads, the role will have heavy interaction with the Spark EU team, various 3PL (managing the warehouse operations), last mile fulfilment service providers, WBC Tech/UniOps team as well as the various E-comm platform operations teams (Channel Engine and NetSuite); but with oversight from the WBC Europe Supply Chain Manager. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Act as overall day to day B2C E-comm operations lead for Wellbeing UK and Europe business – fully responsible for UK/EU E-comm service, cost and cash delivery (in that order of priority) • Responsible to ensure customer service/customer experience & logistics fulfilment on E-comm platforms are delivered in accordance with commercial expectations (systems maintenance, stock fulfilment rates, online availability – OLA, fulfilment lead time) • Responsible for setting up new channel capabilities (e.g. webshops, social commerce and marketplace stores) from a supply and tech perspective for WBC EU • Responsible for logistics cost efficiency and delivery against targets – on warehousing costs (storage, handling, repack) as well as last mile fulfilment costs. • Review & hold 3PL and other E-comm operations service providers accountable for service, fulfilment lead time & cost delivery • Review opportunity for lead time reduction, cost efficiency or product quality/consumer experience related improvement within the E-comm operations • Review and propose potential DC/network improvement where applicable to improve service, lead time or cost • Work closely with the warehouse 3PL and UL Tech / UniOps team for any platform order-to-cash, inventory management interfacing between Unilever SAP Fusion and NetSuite (order management platform with EC platforms) • Review, replicate and roll-out the LIV UK B2C D-comm model into pan-EU Spark, as we expand into Germany & Spain Amazon • Work to deploy FBA multi-channel fulfilment model through Spark, in consultation with the Spark EU team to ensure we meet Amazon country delivery lead time requirements. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • 5-7 years of relevant experience in operational E-comm Customer Service & Logistics, with deep understanding of DTC/B2C e-comm model requirements • Experience with Amazon 3P, Tiktok Shop & brand.com would be useful • Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Any additional languages would be a bonus. • Have experience working with 3PL as well as last mile fulfilment service providers – including understanding the relevant supply chain and service fulfilment parameters (delivery lead times, OLA, product/brand shop ratings on platform) • Experience or knowledge in the UK/EU supply chain model or prior working experience within UEBV would be useful • Understanding of ERP systems - SAP Fusion, Netsuite would be useful • Strong understanding of Supply Chain Cost structure and its impact on the P&L. Reasonable understanding of P&L shape. • Comfortable to work remotely, in a global team based across multiple geographies.
