Product Owner

Are you passionate about data, AI technologies, and building impactful digital products? We're looking for a proactive and analytical Product Analyst / APM to join our team and help us shape the future of our AI-driven B2G solutions. You'll work closely with data teams, developers, and stakeholders to turn insights into action and ideas into features.

What Youll Do

• Collaborate with the data analytics team to interpret and visualize key metrics (KPIs, OKRs)
• Support the development of AI-powered features (prompt writing, testing, validation)
• Actively engage in team ceremonies: daily stand-ups, demos, retros, grooming
• Contribute to product strategy and build product roadmaps
• Write clear and structured user stories, use cases, Jobs To Be Done
• Prepare presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in sprint planning and backlog prioritization
• Conduct pre-release feature testing and gather user feedback
• Write and maintain user manuals and BPMN documentation

What Were Looking For

Hard Skills

• Strong understanding of SQL (queries, data structure)
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase)
• Knowledge of product metrics and data analysis methods (cohort analysis, A/B testing)
• Hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum / Kanban frameworks
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, Miro
• Ability to decompose tasks into user stories with story points
• Experience building product roadmaps and setting priorities
• Confident in presenting ideas (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Pitch)
• Comfortable with data visualization (charts, graphs, diagrams)
• Able to balance business and technical requirements
• Experience in writing checklists, test cases and working with QA on bug tracking
• Languages: English, Azerbaijani

Nice to Have

• Prompt engineering skills
• Experience testing and validating AI/LLM-based solutions (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)
• Familiarity with generative AI tools
