Section Head- System Integration

A purpose driven role for you

To develop a complete software logistic strategy allowing to increase safety, scalability, software accessory strategy.
o To develop a complete Board net strategy together with Software System Integration
o To develop a complete ecosystem from project requirement to implementation in SW&HW
o To Act as right Hand of the COC Head in the development of EV drivetrain

A Day in the life

1) Software logistic supervision
2) Board net Supervision
3) Software System integration
4) MBSE
5) Provide guidance and oversight in field troubleshooting activities and supervise the implementation of EOL activities

Academic Qualification & Experience

BE/ B.Tech/ME/ M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical. Advanced Qualifications are an advantage.

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Experience in automotive EV system and architecture steering, Experience in Automotive vehicle networking, Experience in Automotive
communication Tools like Vector tools,Worked in component design and development, Mechanical layout, python scripting and testing is a plus
Management of logistically distributed projects and team
Project management strong experience
Expertise in electronic component development and testing
EV drivetrain development management experience is a plus
Knowledge about the most common automotive communication line
(CAN, LIN, Flexray etc.)
Deep knowledge of practices and procedures related to the distributed
architecture
Experience in the field of software, developments, and deployment of
high volume applications.
Knowledge about automotive SW system environment
Expertise in Source configuration systems like subversion or git etc.
Knowledge on requirement management tools (like Doors Reqtify etc.) is a plus
Ability to work through RCA (why why, 8D, Ishikawa etc)
Knowledge of MBSE
Knowledge of system requirements
Experience in the field of system test development, and deployment of high volume applications.
Experience in working under time constraint and under pressure
Knowledge in system level DFMEA
Knowledge of SDV is a plus
