We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Physiotherapist to join a dynamic healthcare team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services across various settings, supporting patients in their rehabilitation and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with a range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and respiratory conditions.
  • Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to enhance patient recovery and mobility.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff and physiotherapy assistants as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with professional and legal standards.
  • Educate patients, families, and carers on rehabilitation techniques and self-management strategies.
  • Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • HCPC registered Physiotherapist with a valid professional qualification.
  • Previous experience working at Band 6 level within an NHS or similar healthcare setting.
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development.

Desirable:

  • Experience working in acute, community, or outpatient settings.
  • Postgraduate training in a relevant specialty.
