We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of our events. This role involves working closely with our Events Manager and team to ensure seamless operations, outstanding guest experiences, and successful event delivery.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of events from concept to completion.
Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, vendor communication, and equipment arrangements.
Support event marketing efforts by preparing materials, schedules, and guest lists.
Handle on-site event support, including registration, hospitality, and troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate event documentation, budgets, and timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and quality standards.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in events, hospitality, or administrative support.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of event management tools is a plus.
