We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Account Coordinator to manage and support our client accounts. The ideal candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely project updates, and exceptional service delivery. This role requires excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
Manage service requests, project timelines, and deliverables
Maintain accurate account records and documentation
Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns proactively
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet quality standards
Prepare reports and provide account updates to management
Assist in developing strategies to enhance client relationships and retention
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred)
2+ years of experience in account coordination, customer service, or project management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
