We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Account Coordinator to manage and support our client accounts. The ideal candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely project updates, and exceptional service delivery. This role requires excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams

  • Manage service requests, project timelines, and deliverables

  • Maintain accurate account records and documentation

  • Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns proactively

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet quality standards

  • Prepare reports and provide account updates to management

  • Assist in developing strategies to enhance client relationships and retention

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred)

  • 2+ years of experience in account coordination, customer service, or project management

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
