Job Description

We are looking for you to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Accountant

Your responsibilities:

Erlös- und Forderungsbuchungen, Buchung von Gebühren im Zusammenhang mit Zahlungsverkehr
Übertragung und Auszifferung von erhaltenen Zahlungen (über diverse Zahlungsdienstleister) mit dem Kundenkonto im Debitorennebenbuch
Bankenabstimmung
Forderungsabstimmung
Übertrag von Nebenbuch auf Hauptbuch (SAP) sowie Haupt-/Nebenbuch-Abstimmung
Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
Ausführung von Zahlungsausgängen und deren Verbuchung

Bearbeitung von

- Kundenanfragen mit buchhalterischem Hintergrund (via Customer Care)
- Ermittlungsanfragen der Staatsanwaltschaft in Bezug auf Kunden
- Factoring/Inkasso Benachrichtigungen
- Anfragen von Banken

Qualifications

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Debitorenmanagement - idealerweise bei einem international ausgerichteten Handelsunternehmen
Sehr gute Microsoft-Excel Kenntnisse
Hohe Zahlenaffinität
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
