The Programme Monitoring Associate may be based at HQ, in the field, or in a regional bureau, reporting to and receiving guidance from more senior programme staff within the operation, bureau, or division. Indirect guidance may also come from other sections and units relevant to country programme(s) or global quality assurance standards. The incumbent's work is guided by UNHCR’s Manual, corporate and regional strategic priorities, operation plans, and other relevant institutional rules and regulations.
