Your responsibilities:

  • Identify high-potential sales leads, negotiate effectively, and build strong relationships with B-2-B/
    B-2-C clients.
  • Assist in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships and alliances
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of partnership initiatives
  • Conduct partnership research, joint promotion initiatives, and performance analysis
  • Create partnership proposals, presentations, and reports
  • Participate in meetings with partners and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration
  • Prepare timely and accurate performance tracking, reporting, budgeting, and channel insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements and performance metrics
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments designated by management

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 year of work experience or more in sales, business development, marketing
  • Experience in consumer-driven, retail businesses, ideally experience in merchant partnership
    liaison and management; Exposure to B2B and B2C product / projects; Analytical with basic
    commercial sense
  • Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree
  • Good network of established merchants in retail is an advantage.
  • Strong presentation and sales skills; Good in problem solving and analytical skills
    Self-motivated, customer-focused, result-oriented
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns that drive measurable
    results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
