Role Purpose

• Provide administrative, documentation, and operational support to the Marketing team to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery of tasks.

• Receive, check, and process documents, contracts, quotations, and payment requests related to Marketing activities.
• Track the progress of internal requests (PR, PO, payment, approvals) and update relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain and organize Marketing files and data in the company system.
• Assist in preparing periodic reports on Marketing operations and spending.
• Coordinate with other departments (Finance, Procurement, HR, etc.) to ensure smooth administrative and operational processes.
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• College/University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months–1 year of experience in Admin/Operations/Marketing Assistant roles are preferred.
• Strong organizational and task-tracking skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Google Workspace is a plus.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.
