We are seeking a Price Offering Specialist at Sylndr who will be responsible for contacting clients to offer prices for their cars. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication and negotiation skills.You will be part of a multicultural and dynamic team that takes pride and ownership of our work and encourages positive disruption!

What You'll Do!

Conduct outbound calls to clients to offer prices for cars based on their specifications and condition.
Communicate effectively with clients to address any inquiries or concerns related to the offered price.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during client interactions to ensure a positive customer experience.
Notify clients in a timely manner if their car is rejected and provide detailed reasons for the rejection.

Who You Are!

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and documenting client interactions
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
