Daikin Applied is seeking a well organized and collaborative Administrative Assistant II! This position will play an important role in the day-to-day function of our aftermarket parts support operations. In addition to typing, filing, and scheduling, he or she will perform duties such as coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects as needed. What you will do:
- Provides general clerical assistance to a business unit or department
- Prepares presentations, reports, memoranda, transcription, and data entry; composes letters and routine correspondence; and researches information
- Responsible for reception and telephone duties as needed, including signing for front office packages
- May be required to make meeting and travel arrangements
- Responsible for sorting and distributing mail
- Administers office operations or specialized business functions

- High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ Years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of MS Office experience
- Live within reasonable driving distance from Plymouth, MN
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- Salesforce experience
- 1+ year of Oracle experience
